My Journey

Yoga, for me, is a practical way to bring balance into everyday life. It’s not just about flexibility or doing fancy poses—it's about feeling grounded, strong, and connected to your body in a way that supports everything you do, from your workouts to your creative projects, and even your work with your hands.

I believe that yoga and various movement modalities offer tools to stay active, stay healthy, and move through life with ease. Whether you’re cycling, lifting, doing manual labor, or engaging in artistic pursuits like painting or pottery, yoga can help you feel more aligned, reduce the risk of injury, and bring mental clarity and calm to the hustle of daily life.

For me, movement has always been a way to support the things I love. As much as I enjoy the physical challenge of strength training and cyclying, I also need moments of peace and restoration. Yoga gives me the space to nurture both my body and my mind—keeping me energized and focused, no matter what the day brings.
