Level 1 - Slow Flow
This is a 1-hour class that focuses on fundaments of alignment, engagement of muscles, & body and mind awareness. Even though this is a level 1 class, it can still be challenging! Whether you new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you can always go back to the fundamentals. If you have a blanket or towel, blocks, and a strap, have it near you in class!
